Unfortunately, we had a very different experience at the Decathlon Campus Villeneuve-d'Ascq workshop, with a particularly unpleasant reception and the feeling of being looked down upon, with no real consideration for our request. A frustrating experience and, above all, a waste of time.
The difference between the two workshops is truly striking. That's why I wanted to thank and commend the Lille team all the more: their welcoming attitude, their attentiveness, and their commitment to service really make a difference.
