Hello,
A huge thank you to Hugo, without a doubt the best salesperson at Decathlon, across all cities! ⭐️
I came to buy a ski jacket without really knowing what to look for. My hesitations vanished as soon as Hugo introduced himself. With attentive listening and great patience, he perfectly identified my needs by carefully summarizing them, ultimately finding me the ideal gear. You could say he literally changed my perspective on the cold!
In addition to his high level of professionalism, Hugo demonstrates rare kindness and warmth from beginning to end. We wish we encountered advisors like him more often. ✅
If you go to a store, here's a tip: ask for Hugo! An exceptional salesperson who clearly has the makings of a future manager. 😊
Please train more salespeople like Hugo! 🤌⭐️
