Je mets toutefois 4 étoiles plutôt que 5. Le personnel fait son travail et répond aux demandes, mais la motivation et la chaleur humaine ne sont pas toujours au rendez-vous. Un peu plus de spontanéité, de sourire et d'échange avec les clients rendrait l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Une petite suggestion qui serait vraiment appréciable : disposer d'un petit coin café, même très simple, avec quelques machines automatiques et quelques places pour s'asseoir. Ce serait idéal pour patienter pendant que d'autres personnes font leurs achats. Je comprends bien qu'un tel espace n'est probablement pas simple à mettre en place dans un magasin Decathlon.
Malgré ces quelques remarques, nous revenons régulièrement avec plaisir : le magasin est grand, le choix est excellent et nous y trouvons très souvent ce que nous recherchons. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've been shopping at Decathlon in Calais for several years now and we always appreciate the size and variety of the departments. The selection is truly vast, and for some items, we even find the range superior to what you'd find in other stores in Europe.
However, I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5. The staff do their job and respond to requests, but motivation and a personal touch aren't always present. A little more spontaneity, smiles, and interaction with customers would make the experience even more pleasant.
One small suggestion that would be really appreciated: having a small coffee area, even a very basic one, with a few vending machines and some seating. It would be ideal for waiting while other people shop. I understand that such a space is probably not easy to set up in a Decathlon store.
Despite these minor points, we regularly return with pleasure: the store is large, the selection is excellent, and we very often find what we're looking for. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
